Account information you provide (name, email, organization name), the content of requests you send us (SMS and email messages), and technical logs needed to operate the service.

To operate Nudge — understand your requests, publish changes to your website, notify approvers, and send you weekly health reports. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the product.

We don't sell your data. We share only with the sub-processors required to run Nudge (hosting, AI, email/SMS delivery), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments. A full list is available on request.

We keep data as long as your account is active. On request, we'll delete your organization's data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email privacy@nudge.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
