Account information you provide (name, email, organization name), the content of requests you send us (SMS and email messages), and technical logs needed to operate the service.

To operate Nudge, understand your requests, prepare and verify website changes, notify approvers, and provide measured health reports when that feature is enabled. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the product.

We don't sell your data. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the sub-processors required to run Nudge (hosting, AI, email/SMS delivery), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments. A full list is available on request.

If you enroll in Nudge SMS, we use your mobile number to receive website requests and send service-related acknowledgments, clarification questions, approval requests, and publishing status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We retain a record of your consent and opt-out status to honor your choices and meet our compliance obligations.

We keep data as long as your account is active. On request, we'll delete your organization's data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email privacy@textnudge.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
