How to get help

  • Contributors: just text or email Nudge. That's the whole product, no dashboard required.
  • Admins: email support@nudge.app for anything account, billing, or integration related.

Common questions

How do contributors get help?

They don't have to. Contributors just text or email Nudge like they would a teammate, that's the whole product.

Something urgent broke. Who do I contact?

Email support@nudge.app and mention the site name. Our team monitors that inbox during business hours and pages on-call after hours for outages.

Can I roll back a change Nudge published?

Yes. Every change creates a rollback point. Ask an admin to roll back from the change detail page, or just tell Nudge in a text.

How do I add or remove approvers?

Admins can manage roles in Settings → Team.
