Terms of service.

You're welcome to use Nudge for lawful, legitimate purposes. Don't use it to publish illegal content, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or send abusive requests.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the actions your team takes through Nudge. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nudge is a per-organization subscription with unlimited users and included AI credits per plan. Overages beyond your included credits are billed according to the AI budget policy your admin selects. Fees are paid in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.

AI credits power request processing, health checks, and publishing. Admins control the budget policy: unlimited, recommended (ask before overages), a monthly cap, or strict (no overages). Contributors don't see credit usage.

We'll keep improving the service. If we make a material change that reduces functionality, we'll give reasonable notice.

You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. On termination, we'll help you export your data.

Nudge is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
